How do I make a BLOW BAR reservation?
You can make a reservation by adding the official Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO account as a friend on LINE, then clicking on the “Service Reservations” button in the menu at the bottom.
Can I use BLOW BAR without a reservation?
Advanced booking is generally required.
Walk-ins will be accepted only if there are slots available.
Where can I see my reservation details?
You can view reservation details from the LINE chat screen or on your Maison KOSÉ “My Page”.
I would like to cancel, what can I do?
When canceling before the day of the reservation: Visit your Maison KOSÉ profile page and click on “Reservation history” to cancel.
When canceling on the day of the reservation: Please contact the store directly.
Cancellations will be charged a 100% fee regardless of whether or not the store has been contacted, as per our Cancellation Policy.
Can I make a reservation for two people?
Reservations are for one person only.
It is also not possible to make two reservations in the same time slot.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
In order for our service to be as personalized as possible, it is not possible to make a reservation for someone else.
We kindly request that the reservation be made by the person who will be using the BLOW BAR.
