The COSME BUVETTE experience
Several of our booths can be used by up to two people at a time,
so you can have fun testing products alone, or with a friend or a partner.
Bookings are charged per booth, regardless of the number of people.
Choose from several pricing plans, each with a different number of products and some with access to special lineups.
We offer around 200 items with something for everyone, from skin care and makeup to hair styling products.
Make an advance reservation and select your desired time, room and products, then simply pick up the items when you arrive and enter your chosen booth.
We have a selection of booths and products perfect for men too.
How to use COSME BUVETTE
■ STEP 1
Select your desired booth, date and time, number of people, and plan, then confirm your reservation.
(Advanced booking is generally required.
Walk-ins will be accepted only if there are booths available.)
■ STEP 2
Select your desired products on the booking page via LINE.
After making a reservation, you will receive a confirmation on LINE from the official Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO account. Open “Reservation history” and click “Select products” to begin.
In the store, we also provide sample testers for recommended items. If you’re not sure what products to select, arrive early and browse the sample testers while you choose.
■ STEP 3
Pick up your reserved items at the COSME BUVETTE reception and then enter your selected booth.

Enjoy! Take your time experiencing all of our different products.

How do I make a COSME BUVETTE reservation?
You can make a reservation by adding the official Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO account as a friend on LINE, then clicking on the “Service Reservations” button in the menu at the bottom.
Can I look at items in the store first to choose what I want to try?
The COSME BUVETTE corner has a display of sample testers for some items. If you’re not sure what products to select, arrive early and browse the sample testers while you choose.
Item selection must be complete before the designated reservation time.
Staff can only begin preparing the items after selection is complete, so choosing items early ensures that you can enjoy them for the full duration.
Can I switch an item after I’ve finished selecting them?
Selected items can be changed before the reservation only. Changes cannot be made after the designated time has started.
If a color doesn't suit me, can I switch to another one?
Changes cannot be made after the designated time has started. If you are not sure which color to choose, please arrive at COSME BUVETTE early and view sample testers in person.
What should I do when I arrive on the day of the reservation?
Open the reservation notification you received from Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO via LINE and click on the check-in URL, then present the QR code to a COSME BUVETTE staff member.
Can I use COSME BUVETTE without a reservation?
Advanced booking is generally required.
Walk-ins will be accepted only if there are booths available.
I would like to cancel, what can I do?
When canceling before the day of the reservation: Visit your Maison KOSÉ profile page and click on “Reservation history” to cancel.
When canceling on the day of the reservation: Please contact the store directly.
Cancellations will be charged a 100% fee regardless of whether or not the store has been contacted, as per our Cancellation Policy.
I would like to use COSME BUVETTE for two hours, is this possible?
Yes, it is possible.
Reservation are only available in one-hour time slots, so two separate reservations are needed to book for two hours.
We suggest selecting different booths and products for each time slot.
How much does it cost for two people to use a booth together?
Bookings are charged per booth regardless of the number of people, so simply choose the plan that works best for you.
Is it possible to make a reservation for three people?
Booths hold a maximum of two people only. For three people, you must book two booths at a time.
But please note that you must stay in your own booth.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
It is not possible to make a reservation for another person, or to transfer a reserved time slot.
Can I consume food and drink in the booth?
Consuming food and drink in booths is not allowed. The only exception is for drinks that are in a resealable container.
