How can I make a reservation?
You can reserve a consultation by adding the official Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO account as a friend on LINE, then clicking on the “Service Reservations” button in the menu at the bottom.
What should I do when I arrive on the day of the reservation?
Open the reservation notification you received from Maison KOSÉ via LINE and click on the check-in URL, then present the QR code to a staff member.
I would like to cancel, what can I do?
When canceling before the day of the reservation: Visit your Maison KOSÉ “My Page” and click on “Reservation history” to cancel.
When canceling on the day of the reservation: Please contact the store directly.
Can I make a reservation for two people?
Reservations are for one person only.
It is also not possible to make two reservations in the same time slot.
Can I make a reservation for someone else?
It is not possible to make a reservation for another person, or to transfer a reserved time slot.
Can I make a same-day reservation?
We accept reservations on the day until 8:15am. After 8:15am, it is no longer possible to book a consultation for that day.
It is also possible to request a consultation by visiting the store directly, but waiting times may vary depending upon how busy it is.
