What is Mobile Order?
Mobile Order is a service where you can order and pay for products in advance via the LINE app, then easily pick them up when you arrive at the store.
How can I use Mobile Order?
You can make an order by adding the official Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO account as a friend on LINE, then clicking on the “Mobile Order” button in the menu at the bottom.
What payment methods can be used with Mobile Order?
We currently accept VISA, Mastercard, Diners and JCB credit cards, and the PayPay QR code payment service.
How can I pick up my order?
Orders can be picked up from the COSME LOCKERS or EXPRESS COUNTER.
If you wish to use the EXPRESS COUNTER, please write “EXPRESS COUNTER pickup” in the notes section on the ordering screen.
The counter is open during store hours (11:00am to 8:00pm).
If your name is not registered with Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO, your order will automatically go to the EXPRESS COUNTER for pickup. We kindly request that you register your name when picking up this order. The COSME LOCKERS may be used only if your name is registered with Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO and there are lockers available at the time of ordering.
What is a COSME LOCKER?
The COSME LOCKERS are a service for contact-free order pickup.
When can I pick up my order at a COSME LOCKER?
You can pick up your order at the COSME LOCKERS during or outside of our regular opening hours. They are available every day from 7:00am to 11:00pm, except on Thursdays when they are available from 11:00am to 9:00pm.
How do I use the COSME LOCKERS?
You will receive an order number and details from Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO via LINE chat. When your order is ready for pickup, you will receive a QR code to display when you visit the store.
How do I pick up my order after paying?
When your order is ready, you will receive a QR code via LINE that you can use for pickup.
I made an order but I would like to cancel it. Is this possible?
It is not possible to cancel orders once they have been paid for.
If there are products that come with a special bonus, can I still receive the bonus item if I make the purchase via Mobile Order?
Yes, any special bonuses that come with purchased products will be included in the order.
However, please note that any limited-quantity bonus items may become unavailable without notice.
Can I use the gift wrapping service with Mobile Order?
No, gift wrapping services are not available with Mobile Order, and can only be used when making an in-store purchase.
