Do I need to queue to shop at Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO?
Queuing is not necessary to shop, but when the store is busy there may be a wait for consultations and other services. If you wish to use our services today, we recommend joining the virtual queue to avoid having to wait in the store for the next available time slot.
How can I join the queue?
You can join the queue in two ways:
・Visit the store and speak to our staff to join the physical queue.
・Or, join remotely via LINE by adding the official Maison KOSÉ HARAKADO account and tapping ""Virtual Queue"" in the menu at the bottom.
From what time can I join the queue?
The virtual queue opens at 11:00 AM, when the store opens.
I would like to cancel, what can I do?
You can cancel through the “See details” link in the notification you received via the LINE MINI app after joining the queue.
Can I choose a specific time slot?
No, the virtual queue is for the next available time slot only, and it is not possible to choose a specific time slot this way. If you would like to make a reservation for a specific time, please go to “Service Reservations” and choose “Book a Consultation.” Reservations can be made up to the day before your desired visit.
What if I don't have LINE?
We recommend using LINE to join the virtual queue because you can see your actual waiting time. However, it is also possible to join the physical queue without using LINE. Please visit the store and speak to a member of staff.
